If you're new to Ayurveda, you’re about to discover something truly beautiful!

It’s a beautiful thing to be able to explain who I am—and how I’ve come to be—through the lens of the doshas, my own unique mind-body type.
With a significant Vata imbalance, I often showed up as scattered, anxious, ungrounded, and disconnected from the long-term consequences of my actions. On the surface, my slim frame and outgoing personality painted a very different picture of who I truly was.
Yoga became my anchor. Through it, I discovered grounding, and meditation offered me moments of stillness and peace. My Vata nature made me naturally flexible and able to move easily into deep postures — often too deep— without awareness of my boundaries.
Finding Ayurveda was the real gift. It helped me understand my specific tendencies and taught me how to return to balance, again and again.
In moments of imbalance, I now have a path back home. Ayurveda continues to guide me gently, wisely, and with grace..
